Welcome to another episode of the Conversations for Financial Professionals podcast where we are shaping the next generation of financial advice.
Today we have Kristin Burke.
Kristin Burke’s mission is to help others maximize their potential and achieve their definitions of success. As a goal achievement coach, Kristin collaborates with clients to maximize their potential and achieve their definitions of success. She launched her coaching practice with over a decade of experience coaching and developing hundreds within a FORTUNE 200 firm. She has spoken at numerous annual meetings, regional meetings, leadership clinics and women's summits. Most recently, Kristin coached the team of financial advisors that lead the company in production nationwide. She recruited over 200 college financial representatives into Northwestern Mutual's nationally recognized internship program and elevated the Los Angeles office's internship program from #76 to #5 in the company.
She is passionate about empowering women to elevate their careers. Kristin's curiosity for work-life integration blossomed in graduate school. There, she authored her thesis on the topic of work-life balance, specifically as it related to women. After concluding that the very word "balance" communicated an unrealistic reality, she started her quest to help others understand how to thrive personally and professionally. She specializes in helping clients gain goal clarity, establishing plans to achieve goals and tracking progress.
Outside of coaching, Kristin enjoys running (and has completed 8 marathons), practicing yoga and reading. She believes in progress over perfection and living life by design rather than default.
